Pricing questions
How do credits work?
Every generation costs credits based on the quality tier: a Standard edit is 4 credits, Pro is 12, and Max is 44. Background removal is 1 credit, upscaling starts at 3 credits, and video runs from 1 credit per second (Draft) up to 30 (Cinematic). Your subscription refills your credits every month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset with each billing cycle and don't roll over. Credits from legacy one-time packs never expire and are only spent after your subscription credits run out.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Yes, from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately — you pay the prorated difference and receive the credit difference right away. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
What do the quality tiers mean?
All three run on gpt-image-2. Standard is fast and inexpensive for drafts and everyday edits, Pro renders more detail for keepers, and Max is the highest fidelity for prints and client work.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts with free credits — enough to try several Standard edits before deciding whether to subscribe. No credit card required to start.
What happens to my photos?
Your uploads and results are stored privately in your creations library, visible only to your signed-in account. You can delete any creation at any time.
